Day 2

Day 2 was another success.  I am posting roughly an hour before 10pm and I have accomplished all 10 tasks and acknowledged and celebrated them.

I read to page 24 in Daring Greatly and it addressed the scarcity mentality of never-enough.  That hit me for sure. Like I am not successful enough or fit enough or simply never good enough.  It was a good read that had things I could easily identify with.

In my 10 gratitudes some of my highlights were a hard deadlift/leg day workout in the gym as well as a phone call from a good friend I have not chatted with in a while.  It was encouraging.

I talked to God in the car on my way to a 7am meeting and shared my worries with Him and thanked Him for a number of good things in my life.  

I made it through the day, that is success for me today.
