Day 1

Today was a good day.  

I managed to wake up at 6am even though I really only got 2 hours of sleep.  I was wired for whatever reason last night.

It amazed me how much I was able to accomplish from the single hour between 6-7.

In tracking my progress, I weighed 174.0 lbs first thing in the morning and 175.6 lbs at 7pm.

Hard 75, a plan that much of this is taken from, asks you to take a photo everyday, so these are my starting photos.

A little stomach flex.

I started reading Daring Greatly by Brené Brown, got through the first 16 pages.  I successfully finished my shower with cold water, knocked out a school assignment, worked out, ate healthy, journaled, talked to God, didn't drink alcohol, knocked out my 10 gratitudes, drank a full gallon of water, on schedule to go to bed by 10pm and I celebrated my successes.


New ab exercise recommended to me by a trainer.
